- 발신처 확인하여 공식 연락처가 맞는지 확인
- 금융상품 설명회 등을 유도할 경우 의심
- 전화 종료 후 기관 계약담당자 전화를 통해 사실 여부 확인
- 피해 신고: 금융감독원 금융소비자보호포털 파인→불법금융신고→보험모집질서위반신고
