| 상세 모집내용 | Tour Operations
• Coordinate and operate inbound tours for the Turkish and Indian markets.
• Manage hotel, transportation, attraction, and restaurant reservations.
• Prepare and coordinate tour itineraries and operational schedules.
• Communicate with overseas travel agencies, buyers, and local suppliers.
• Monitor tour operations before, during, and after travel to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare post-tour reports and operational summaries.
Marketing & Business Development
• Assist in developing travel products for the Turkish and Indian markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas travel partners and clients.
• Support B2B sales activities and partnership development.
• Create and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Assist with destination marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Design basic marketing materials using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve content creation and work efficiency.
직업요구사항
Required Qualifications
• Native or fluent Turkish or Hindi (or another major Indian language) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Intermediate Korean proficiency or above (business communication level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience or strong interest in tourism, hospitality, marketing, or international business.
• Experience living, studying, or working in Korea.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or other design and video editing tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
