[Job Responsibilities]
Teach English or Japanese conversation classes primarily to adult learners
Conduct small-group classes
Provide both in-person classes and online classes using Zoom and other platforms
Additional duties outside of classes:
Student level assessments
Student attendance and learning management
Supporting the development of teaching materials
[Requirements]
Required Qualifications
Native speaker of English or Japanese
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year university
Eligible to obtain and maintain a legal work visa in Korea, with the ability to reside and work in South Korea
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching native-speaker conversation classes to foreign learners
At least 2 years of teaching experience, or a degree/coursework related to language or education at a university
TESOL, TEFL, teaching certification, or completion of a related course
A bright and positive attitude, with strong communication skills and the ability to provide thorough and constructive feedback to students
